Refunds & Returns Policy

 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused, with tags and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To start a return, you can contact us using one of these methods:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your item. We will not be able to accept items sent back to us without first opening a return request.
 
EXCHANGES
We highly recommend that you start a separate order for any new item you would like to purchase.  The returned/exchanged item will be handled separately through the return process described above. Any remaining balance between the newly-purchased item and the returned item will be credited back to the payment method you've used in your original purchase.
 
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. We will provide confirmation once your refund/return request has been approved. Onve approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS 
In the event that your purchased item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@y2k-originals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try to offer a satisfactory solution.
